My husband was in a fight with my brother over my brother breaking into our house and stealing from us. During the altercation, another unknown person had come into it and went to his car and returned with a baseball bat, beating my husband in his head and chest 10-15 times, almost to death, then left scene before police arrived.

My husband is now in jail with some pretty heavy Criminal Law charges although never before this has he anything but traffic fines.

Is there anyway I can find out if he has been found and charged?
