Hi, Hope someone can clear my doubts

Court passed a ruling that if I dont cleat ato debt, it will declare bankruptcy. I closed my business 2 yeas ago and it was liquidated.
My liquidator asked for 10k fees to process bankruptcy or i can use free service.

Is there any consequences if i use free service? Will they dig deeper on every transaction for last few years?

Is it hard to travel overseas if I use free service?

I’d probably be asking the same thing in your position. If the free service is part of the official bankruptcy process, I’d want to know whether the same checks and reporting requirements apply either way, especially when it comes to older transactions and travel restrictions.

I was reading around a few other finance-related pages at the same time and also had betandplay open in another tab. Completely different subject, obviously, but this thread was the one I came back to because the practical consequences of bankruptcy are the part I’d want clarified before making any decision.
