What are the restrictions, if any to an Australian doctor importing medicines for the Benidorm of his patients?
These medicines are medically appropriate, have approval and certification by European bodies (CE), but are not TGA registered.

It would depend on what exactly the medications are, whether they contain prohibited or restricted substances or analogues of certain substances etc. In certain cases you may be able to obtain a permit.

Thank you Iamthelaw. I really hope that is a Judge Dread reference.
The medicine is not on the restricted substance list.
What do you mean by 'permit'? Is that the same as ARTG registration? (ARTG seems very onerous and seems to cost tens of thousands of dollars).
Assuming you are familiar with this, is this something you could do?
