I'm getting my payment monthly with payslip ,but after 5 months my employer has not signed my contract yet .I've got a draft of a contract for first 3 months (probation period-without signature) ,it was mentioned after probation time contract should be renewed....
As I'm getting my payslip ,can I consider it as my contract ,or signature in a contract is a MUST ???
for example can my employer stops with me tomorrow morning ? or I can refer him to payslip and unsigned 3 months contract ?
