Hello to all,
My question relates to an employment contract that I have recently signed without fully understanding the terms and conditions laid out in an attached schedule to the employment contract. There is a small reference to the schedule in the main body of the contract and at the end of the contract I have signed and dated however, no signature or initial has been placed on either page of the attached schedule.

Would this schedule be considered as valid if legal proceedings, which refer to the schedule were to occur?

Thank you very much for any and all help.

Yes, a document can be incorporated into a contract by reference to it in the contract itself.
