NCAT issued orders starting a party had failed to comply with a summons after 3 sets of orders to comply over 5 months. The member tore strips off the person saying if this were a court he would have him jailed and he was being given one last chance. Of course he didn't comply because it would also prove he had been lying all along. The problem is NCAT won't actually do anything about it. Firstly I don't get the summoned documents to help prove my case and secondly the orders are for me to pursue the non-complying party as a new matter. It was hard enough to get to this stage but now that the orders are in I'm supposed to start all over again?
