Considering moving to Australia from New-York

I am an American citizen residing in NYC who also holds an Australian Citizenship/passport.
I am considering moving to Sydney in the near future and was wondering:
A. What is the legal process involved migrating from America to Australia for a dual citizen holder as myself
B. What is the recommended process of transferring my wealth from US to AUS and what are the fees if any are involved
C. My wife is an American citizen but not an Australian citizen, how do I go about obtaining a citizenship for her?
