I came to a traffic lights and I lane filtered to become the first on the traffic lights, there was a car on my right hand side, I put the indicator for the right side, as I will be heading to the right. I can say my front wheel was more ahead than the car. Once it turned green I started to move and slowly turning right, the car on my right side (most properly was very pissed) he sped and over took me, the distance between my right hand side steering handle was just few centimeters from his left side mirror. It was a very close call. then he over took me, he was speeding, not the speed limit. Then after I caught up next to him he looked at me with his nose up in the sky, so it was on purpose and he did put my life in danger.
Now, from past experience, I did make a compliant to police in situations that were close call, but the police stated that there is nothing they can do as no damage or a hit occurred. Note in all situations, there was action camera footage.
I want to confirm, if there is anything that I can do to bring that person to justice? this was a very close call. I really don't understand why police don't respond or act, by not doing anything, they are encouraging those irresponsible people to act like this. So police will not act until someone is dead or paralyzed!!! it is not logical!!!
