NSW Claim on Car Accident Years Later - Is It Still Possible?

Hi,
I have an enquiry regarding a car accident I had in 2001, although I was a minor when it happened, I have never made a claim. I have ongoing issues and was told by some law firms that a claim is still possible.

Any advice needed.

There is evidence such as newspapers and hospital records, etc. Does that help?

There is a limitation date issue. Even when someone is younger than 18, it is usually 6 years after they turn 18 - that they can apply for a claim.
