Hello
I am an Australian citizen. I recently returned from overseas. I had lived there for 15 years because of marriage. I have seven children frim this marriage. I could not live there anymore because I was stranded there with no freedom of choice in anything. I escaped from there my self and returned to Australia on an emergency passport. Three of my children are Australian citizens. I want all of my children here. Can anyone please guide me the way how I can bring them all here??? I am just seperated now not divorced. Thanks

Were any of your children born - overseas - before you became an Australian citizen?

You say that three of the seven are Australian citizens.
Why do you think that the other four are not?

Maybe, they don't need to "apply" for citizenship at all.
Thing is, if **you were already a citizen when they were born,
then they are probably Australian citizens by descent (from you) in their own right.
Even if they live in another country, and even if they are citizens of another country as well.
And even if your estranged spouse says otherwise.

What they *might need to do is apply for Australian passports,
or for documents like Birth Certificates, and Certificates of Citizenship.

Are any of them here yet?
