My x wife we married overseas 2008 divorce with her 2018 but I am separated with her in Australian 10/2016 I arrived to Australia 2011 she sponsored me to come to Australia I married now new wife from Overseas I want to apply for her spouse visa do I need to apply for Australian divorce or Overseas divorce is enough while my previous marriage not registered in Australia on the application for my new wife what I have to write obout the question when the marriage ended
