How do you address the issue of children being forced to read affidavits from the other party as well as any emails/text messages? I do realise it is the child telling me this, but the child is >12, and it is hear-say.

My partner has an order where neither party can discuss court proceedings with the child or permit the child to view any court documents/material relevant to the proceedings. Also that messages/discussions regarding the proceedings are not to be passed on from an older sibling to the child.

Yes we do have exactly the same clause in our Parenting Orders but it doesn't stop the other party from doing it.

Do you have a solicitor? The only suggestion I can make is to have your solicitor write to the other party/'s solicitor bringing their attention to this order and requesting them to cease their actions.
