I am a witness to my ex husband's brother's property possession case. I went to the police station gave my statement and everything. I received summons to go to court as a witness(which I.dont mind at all) But then I noticed the name on the summons is different. Same last name but a different first name. I know that he ised this name as a short form for his real name. I am very sure that when I went to.five statement, the constable said his real name and in.all the phone conversations.
I think he has changed his name to avoid charges on.his real name. He has done that before by changing his last name legally.
What should I do?
