Well, going by what they say in their explanation, yes I think they got it wrong. They said one thing but then went and made the opposite decision. It's under $200 so my partner is not going to worry about it. He has paid for it every other year since they split. His ex only paid for it this time to bribe the child. It's also the only thing she's had go her way in regards to CS since this whole sordid episode began late last year.

Back to court soon so will save his energy for this.
