Can you find out the details of aca beat on land?
I am owed money for property. The property is now registered to somebody else but there is a caveat on that land by the person I lent the money to. I have been unable to find out about the terms of the caveat.

I believe so but call Landata Vic to confirm. You probably need to pay for a title search first to get the instrument (caveat in this instance) number, then pay for a search by caveat number.

If you believe the sale is an attempt to defeat your loan then fraud is a possibility.

If the sum of money is significant, and the sale is recent you should see a lawyer asap.
