In 1972, the NSW rural bank put a caveat on my property for a loan which I paid back years ago but the caveat is still there. The bank has had three changes of ownership since then and I’m getting nowhere with the present owner CBA. If I fill in lapsing notice form 08LX do I cross out PART A and complete B section 74J registered proprietor.

Thanks for any help.
