catholic Church want to keep money from my settlement with them to repay Medicare before they will pay me. This abuse happened almost 60 years ago. They want me to sign Deed of Release now.
I know that claims going through Commonwealth Redress Scheme do not have to repay Medicare.
As mine is not through CRS do I have to repay Medicare from my settlement. No one seems to know the answer to this.
