Parent A, bought 17 year old a car. 17 does not have licence yet. 17 year old lives with parent B. Car is registered and insured in parent A name. No discussion, 17 has parked car in Parent B garage, and refuses to remove it. Is parent B covered for any damage caused by the 17 year old while trying to drive in and out of garage or with in gated community.
