Hit from rear in car accident. Other party admitted fault told him to get quotes now says quotes are too much and has passed this matter onto 3rd party, ex husband we think, says that the car is not worth fixing and that she is only going to pay $200 although car is worth 1800 won't talk to son to come to some agreement is local school teacher in brand new Mazda says only has 3rd party car insurance.
