Hi all, quick question. Our strata committee is talking about restricting BBQs and cooking smells on balconies after some complaints. Can they legally stop residents from having a small BBQ or even sharing a simple sausage recipe with friends? Curious if this falls under by-laws or nuisance laws in Australia.
