Hi All,

Just have a question regarding being served a "notice to appear" by the police.

Can they issue an arrest warrant if they have reason to believe that you are avoiding them trying to serve you a "notice to appear"?

Thank you all for your time and responses.

Cheers,

I assume the 'notice to appear' is from a court.

If so, don't try to fight it. Frustrating the court will not help you in any way. It does not pay to antagonise the person who may be deciding your fate at court.

Man up and stop avoiding the service of the Notice.
