I just purchased an item online for a price 'too good to be true.' This was then brought to my attention by the business that the item was incorrectly priced and that I owed an extra (x) amount to receive this item.
I responded with, 'I'll just have a refund instead.'
They refunded me the money very quickly, before I realised that I could have received this item at already purchased price. Is there a cooling off period and can I still receive this item as I was mislead under Australian Consumer Law?
