I just purchased an item online for a price 'too good to be true.' This was then brought to my attention by the business that the item was incorrectly priced and that I owed an extra (x) amount to receive this item.

I responded with, 'I'll just have a refund instead.'

They refunded me the money very quickly, before I realised that I could have received this item at already purchased price. Is there a cooling off period and can I still receive this item as I was mislead under Australian Consumer Law?

If a pricing mistake has been made the business is entitled to give you back your money. They are not forced under the ACL to sell you the item at the mistaken price.

But this does need to be a genuine mistake and not bait advertising.
