Can I conduct a meat raffle in my place of work? With the aim to raise funds for our Work Social Club through these competitions.

I think you can - See the Queensland Government Office of Liquor and Gambling Regulation "Competitions and raffles" page.
(I imagine what you're planning is a Category 1 raffle - gross proceeds not more than $2,000?)
