just over 1yr ago now....the man I was seeing for 2 yrs gave me herpes.
You say big deal!
Well, the big deal is, that he didn't in all that time tell me he had herpes, until after he gave it to me.
I am now still devastated, still angry, very hurt and upset and very depressed.
My questions are.. "can I sue him for doing this to me"? Or..."if I can't sue him, can I name and shame him without him having some recourse of defamation"?
I am not looking for money...I want vindication!
I would appreciate any help with this matter.
