Does anyone know where can i see samples of letters of offer with calderback

Suppose there's no harm asking, but it is unlikely a lawyer is going to give you a sample. It is a bit like going to a mechanics and asking the owner how do I tighten the timing chain and then asking can I borrow the tools I need.

People can help make suggestions about the offer but unless you get a punter on here willing to share I don't like your chances.
