I just took my 15 year old child to a Dr surgery who bulk bills all children under 16. My child had a iron infusion. When booking the appointment I was told it is bulk billed until my child turn 16. My child had the infusion then I was told it was $80. Which I had to pay. Lucky I had $84 left in my account. I told the receptionist that she told me two weeks ago when she booked the appointment, that it will be bulk billed. Then she said no you have to still pay for the room and nurse. (I supplied the iron). Do I have any rights to my $80 back seeing as though it was only booked as I was told it was bulk billed, which was the only way I could afford it at the moment.
