I own a double story townhouse only 1 other unit share driveway l am wanting to build a small deck on second story coming out of my bedroom which is over the entrance to my garage. The area is only used by me as l am the back unit of the 2. Common ground starts at the garage door. I am wanting to build 2800mm x 3800mm. No body Corp and owner of from front unit is in agreeance. Is this possible? I have plans and a planning permit approved but having trouble with the building permit.
