I want to build a small deck on the second story of my town house which will be over the top of the entrance to my garage. There is only 1 other unit which is adjoining and mine is the back unit so neighbour doesn't use the area, it is the area that turns i to my garage. No body Corp and neighbour agrees. Common area starts at my garage door. Have drawings and a planning permit but having difficulty with building permit. Deck will be 2800mm x 3800mm wide. Is this possible. Thanks
