Just a quick one to see if I have a leg to stand on. A large online retailer (yellow and black, two letter name ) advertises a "black friday" sale price, the website says "in stock", I buy it, they take my money, then they say "sorry it was a mistake, we are out of stock, here is a refund". Now I have missed out on other similar sales at other retailers that I would have taken advantage of if this one had not lured me in. I know they can sell me the item because they are still advertising it (at a much higher price). Should they be obliged to honour the deal they promised?
