A real estate property has been advertised for sale at the incorrect price, can I insist the price is honoured under Australian Consumer Law?

Not, if it was a genuine mistake by the person advertising.
It cannot be classified as misleading or deceptive conduct if the error was rectified as soon as it was brought to their attention.
