My ex is bankrupt AFTER separation and AFTER stealing, hiding and transferring all assets in FCC. No disclosure has meant that now his trustee has taken him to court. These are public appearances. There is no reason I can't sit in on these as I have done before. All info is directly related to my case with him. Is there a clause or Rule or Case Law I can be ready to refer to just in case I am asked to leave? How do I get the information found in that case into my own case? By writing an Affidavit of what I heard? or Application to access as non-party and produce as evidence in mine via Affidavit?
