SA Australian Consumer Law - Cancellation of Contract for a Seminar

Would like information on cancelling a contract we signed to attend a seminar under Australian Consumer Law. We signed it on 28 May 2015 but have not paid any funds as yet and advised them we wish to cancel. We have been told we cannot cancel.

Yvettev, what does the contract say about terminating or cancelling? Also, the answer may depend as well on why you wish to cancel.
