The police have stuffed up the date (2nd time now) for an AVO hearing. What's the chance of it being thrown out the window? Can I do anything? Can the police be held accountable as they made the mistake?
I don't think a mistake such as the AVO hearing date will help you. If other details in the AVO are incorrect and you have evidence to support your defence sure that will probably help.
