I am writing from Ethiopia, I have a partner living in Australia (he is an Australian citizen) who I met him on dating sites 3 years ago. We are still together in communications and with many online calls, almost most of these times. We are committed to marriage. But the thing is, he should come first to me to make things to happen. Is there any possibility I can come to him with a tourist visa and later, can we apply for spouse visa while I am with him there?
