VIC application for conviction to be expunged

i got a conviction for drugs 3 years ago, sentence was 40 days in prison, 2 years probation. I was only travelling with a friend and was not aware he had drugs with him. How do i get this record expunged? Who do i write to? Its hard to get a decent job with the record
