Hi i was caught today stealing in my local coles worth $300 and it was basically for my kids. I know there is no excuse for stealing. 2 lady called me after i check out and told me to follow them. They ask me to put all the stuffs i stole which i did. I told them not to call the police but still they did call them. They ask for my name, birthday and address.I didn’t have any id with photo that time with me, as i was not yet a citizen i have told them about it. Still they said police is needed as they said i don’t have other identification. The police came and ask for my details after the interview they have seen that i had never done it and no police case and i promise them i will never ever do it again . They were so nice and they talk to the lady and ask them to let me go with a warning . The police officer told me nothing will be charged to me so they let me go with a warning , I didn’t pay for the stuffs but i did signed a waiver that im not allowed to go back there for 12 months . Im paranoid now thinking;
1. Will they send a letter from court?
2. Will the coles sue me?
3. Will the police arrest me?
Help pls . Thank you

But - Don't dare do it again... You're on file. You got a warning - that should not invite you to think that you will get a warning next time.
