I got divorced with ex three years ago in China and have been living in China to take care of my parents since then.
Three months after she came back to Australia, she said she wanted to discuss with me about property and child support again in Australia but I refused. Then she disappeared and I couldn't get in touch with her.
Now I am planning to visit Australia. How I can know whether she has put a departure prohibition order on me?

She can't... It's up to the CSA... Do you have a significant CS debt?... Have you ignored CSA attempts to collect or make payment arrangements?... If so you may have... if you do CSA will not tell you, you'll find out on landing from the AFP

Thanks Atticus.
I have been living in China since we divorced so I didnt receive anything from CSA. Therefore I don't know if I owe them or not. Is it possible for me to check with CSA of debt to pay?

Sure, just give them a call & ask for an update on the assessment (child's full name should be enough) You may run up against privacy issues unless you can identify yourself to their satisfaction though..

If you have had no contact from them at all, & China not being a reciprocating jurisdiction anyway, it's unlikely you have a DPO
