Object to Biased Family Report?

Hi. I'm in the middle of family law court proceedings at moment. Another family report has been ordered. My question is: can I object to the person completing the family report and request someone else?

He did our initial report, which was very biased and made ridiculous comments saying it is ok to be over the legal limit for alcohol and ok to leave a 3-year-old and 6-year-old child in the house on their own.
