VIC Littering from car fine

Hi all, my friend has been fine with littering a month ago from car, we are unable to pinpoint who and what they were doing at the time and is an odd hour of the day . Can we request for evidence ? How can they prove this ? Want to avoid court if we are to dispute.

Hi,
As you have received a fine, then there is evidence, you may go on the net and enter the fine/infringement number and you may see the photos (like traffic camera fines). I may be wrong, but there should be evidence as if you dispute it in court, how they will prove that vehicle in question did the offense.
