Hello to everyone.

I was asking myself why there are these restrictions on publication of court proceedings while media can tell the full stories? One example: DV accusations 'took its toll' on Radradra

It's a typical case of false family and domestic violence claim so why there are no restrictions on these Court rules?

The case you have linked is not a proceeding under the Family Law Act, so the restriction on publication that is found in s121 of the Family Law Act doesn't apply.

How it's not linked to the Family Law Act? Because he was not found guilty?

Because assault allegations such as those in the article you linked are criminal matters, not proceedings brought under the Family Law Act.

It is not related to the fact that he was found not guilty.

Did you know that the Commonwealth is allowed to breach s121 Family Law Act? They placed a copy of my Family Court Orders on a Contract for Sale which was disseminated to the public; the Registrar General of NSW uploaded the Orders onto its public register; the solicitor for the Commonwealth uploaded details of my Family Court case onto the Internet.

Did you know that that the Australian Federal Police, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, the Family Court, the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department all ignored my complaints? And why? Because the Commonwealth is protecting the Commonwealth. I await the decision by the Federal Court in the coming weeks. I invite your comments.

I feel sorry about your experience, in my bad experience it has been the Magistrate Court protecting the Magistrate Court.

The Judges are like the "untouchables" so once they've made a decision, there is nothing you can do but to employ a Lawyer who will discourage you by doing anything because it'll cost too much while gaining nothing!

Thanks 457Visafraud. If s121 Family Law Act turns about to be a farsical law then there will be no stopping my publishing. I thought we had a Rule of Law in Australia but like s121 FLA, it appears to be a farce as well.

I've heard quotes like "a fair to go", "innocent until proven guilty", "proud to be Australian" etc. etc. all of these are just a bull not because I don't believe in them but because who protect and regulate these Australian values have made me not believe in them anymore!
