Do I have the right to ask for a marked police car or call the police myself, if I get pulled over by an unmarked police car and was under the suspicion that they were impersonators?

What good would asking be if they were impersonators? Get their names and numbers and check later. A look at the equipment inside of their car is also likely to be a give away.

I'm not an expert in police equipment nor uniforms, the average citizen could be easily fooled by a good impersonator and some flashing lights in the back of his Holden. If you ask for a marked police car to the location and they refuse, that could be a good indication they are not real officers. You didn't answer my question, do you have the right to ask for another police car or superior to the location?

I think you really mean can you insist on a marked car or superior to attend. No. You do not have the right to insist on a marked car or a superior just because you doubt their authenticity.

You have the right refuse to comply with their requests if you have reasonable grounds to believe they are not real police or the requests are unlawful. 'Reasonable grounds' is an objective test and is not based on what you personally believe, but what a ordinary person would believe in the circumstances.

You have the right to call the police yourself and ask if they are legit.

No you don't have the right to ask for a marked car. You do however have the right to ask for their surname, station of duty and to be shown their badge and warrant card.
