VIC Will Licence Suspension be Drafted as a Criminal Record?

Will the licence suspension due to excessive driving (more than 35, less than 40) be drafted as criminal record against me regardless I go to court or not?

Or is it that I just pay the fine and it won't be criminal record in police checks?

Whether you go to court or not it will show on your VicRoads driving priors (due to license loss). It is not a Criminal prior.
