Good Morning,

I was stupid enough to drive after having a bottle of wine with my dinner yesterday. I was pulled over because of the 'sporty' nature of my car. I blew 0.122. I work in Panama and need to renew my National Police Clearance each year and I am worried that a DUI will appear, is this the case?

If so, is it worth getting legal representation and attempting to get a Section 10? What would be the likelihood of a Section 10 being considered?

I am 43, have a clean record, never had a DUI or speeding tickets.

Thanks for any help you can give me

It's always worth getting a lawyer for a PCA charge,
especially if character is in play for later work or travel.
