Can someone please help me understand what is going on!!
My x partner was released from prison on bail for drug charges just before Christmas last year an since then I redone the dvo I have against her. Since January this year she has breached the dv order 5 times, she has been caught on camera damaging my vehicle which have added 2 counts of malicious damage to her list of charges, along with more drug possession charges an 1 charge of drug driving, now there have been 5 court dates which I have attended each one and keep getting adjourned, the last 2 her appearance has been excused because of case conferencing, but she has still not been charged with anything just adjourned again, I was also told I should be updated by the police about each court date out come because I am a named person on the dvo, but I am getting nothing from them either.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
