WA what date does building contract start ?

Hi the new homebuilder federal grant requires that "contract entered into from the 4th June" as does the WA state grant.
My query is we signed plans and specifications to build a house on the 2nd June builder signed these on the 3rd June
We signed a 26 page "Home Building contract ACT 1991 - building contract" on the 4th June builder signed and executed this on the 5th June
What date did we actually enter into the building contract ? Just want to make sure this is actually started from the 4th June and not the 2nd otherwise it would cost us $45,000 Thankyou !

The answer is difficult to say for sure though it may be the last person signing so the 5th. Apply for the grant(s) though and see what happens.
