We are in a claim regards a property. So far each party has shown their list of documents.
Question:
If the Applicant has presented a piece of evidence (letter) in their list of documents and it goes to trial, can we the defendant use this piece of evidence also or do we have to also file the same document as our own evidence?
Is all evidence from both sides put on the table on used by either party at their discretion?
