Does anyone know of what you can do if you discover an unregistered electric cable running underground across your land supplying someone else with electricity? There is no easement, it is not registered.
How to get rid of it without paying for relocation of it?

Given your earlier remarks elsewhere on here,
it's a bit rich to ask lawyers for further advice.
Especially given that you didn't accept the help previously offered,
and nothing has changed since last time you asked about it.

Have consulted a solicitor who says that there is nothing that they can do.
Have consulted electric firm who says that there is nothing that they can do
Have consulted person who is being supplied electricity who says There is nothing they can do
Have consulted vbosbwho said we need to find out who installed it as it is not registered and there needs to be a compliance certificate and that we must ask developer.
Have consulted developer to ask who was employed to install electric cable and he has not replied. Is the developer obliged to provide the information? The developer commissioned the electric work.
