Hi all
Long story short. I paid for a truck driving lessons over the phone, and they charged me another 10 dollars credit card surcharge without my knowledge. The driving school and I couldn't solve the dispute between us, so I decided not to use them, and they wanted to take 50 dollars out of the fees I paid earlier for the cancellation fee. Is it legal for them to do that under Australian Consumer Law?
