QLD Transferring District Court Cases to Another City?

A Defendant decides to plead guilty to an Indictable Offence, which can see them sentenced to jail for up to 2 years, with parole after 8 months.

My question is, can the Defendant plead guilty, and have the sentencing hearing take place in another District Court in the same state whence the Offence took place, in this case, QLD? And would the person be imprisoned in the jail in the jurisdiction where the guilty plea and sentencing hearing took place or would they be transferred back to the jail in the jurisdiction where the alleged Offence took place for the period of incarceration?

Also, I haven't been able to find the actual legislation on transferring a guilty plea and sentencing hearing to another District Court in QLD. If anyone can provide a link or URL for that I'd much appreciate seeing that paperwork.

The District Court of Queensland Act 1967 - Sect 63 (Change of Venue), details the change of venue from one location to another. Basically as it reads the District Court Judge has the power to order that the trial take place in another District Court, as they see fit, and they can remand the accused in custody or on bail to that court.
